In 2021 We managed to organise Góbéfest during the Pandemic, whilst there were still some restrictions in place. The festival took place in the new venue of Cathedral Gardens, next to the national Football Museum and Manchester Cathedral. We welcomed Jóvilágvan from Slovakia, Folktone Band and Yek Duy from London, Foreign Accent from Nottingham, Lazlo Baby and Manchester International Roots orchestra from Manchester. Despite the pandemic me managed to create a Dancehouse vibe thanks to the wonderful Imola and Endre Virág from Szeklerland. The Hungarian Choir of Great Britain performed for the first time.
