Szeredás Dance Group London formed in the Autumn of 2010 between a group of close friends, who shared their love of Hungarian folk dancing and also wanted to practice their customs and preserve their heritage. Over the years the group expanded, welcoming plenty of enthusiasts, who now all have a dance group to be truly proud of. Szeredás hold dances on a regular basis in London, consistently performing authentic, pure dance material, originating mostly from Transylvania. The founders of Szeredás, Panka and Imre Hermán are lifelong members of acclaimed Maros Arts Collective also known as Maros Művészegyüttes. Imre started his professional career with Hargita National Folk Ensemble in Csíkszereda.
