Hungarian Choir of Great Britain UK

The Hungarian Choir of Great Britain was launched by Beat Bazaar as a Góbéfest project during the Covid 19 lockdown. It's primary aim was to connect people from the Hungarian community online through music during a difficult time. Gyopár Pávai from the Góbéfest team, who is a professional vocal coach and musician started delivering online singing sessions on a weekly basis using Zoom. From the very beginning over 10 participants connected with each other every week through song. All the participants are women, hailing from all over the UK, some of them are professional singers and some are beginners. The choir has Polish and English members as well as Hungarians. The group performed for the first time at Góbéfest in 2021 after meeting in person just once to rehearse. The audience last year was mesmerised by their performance. This year they will be performing for the second time. You will also have the opportunity to meet them and join them, following their performance. Expect to be very impressed by what they have achieved.
