Who are we?
The Kalinka Balalaika Orchestra features Eastern European folk instruments (balalaikas & domras) with players at varied skill levels, from beginners to advanced. We even have a singing group! These groups perform both separately and together at a variety of events throughout the year.
We’ve been going since 1984 and have taking part in numerous events locally (Manchester, UK), nationally and internationally (America, France, Russia to name a few!).

We meet at Chorlton Central Church every Monday (during Manchester term time) at 5:30pm.
Come along for a FREE session. Any age welcome, instruments provided and no experience necessary. Our teachers are on hand to show you the beginning steps.
