For Betty, craft is all about using the skills that she developed over many years of practice. She is creating unique, individual and bespoke items. She started wood burning/pyrography in 2016 when she got a basic wood burning machine. She fell in love instantly...the smell and the touch of the wood is amazing, the woody scent is warm, earthy and really calming. Since then she upgraded her machine to a professional one and learned many varied wood burning techniques. She creates many different types of items from wooden spoons to portraits, but she also loves using Hungarian traditional design as well.
